The challenge:

To strengthen Panaya as an employer of choice, by demonstrating that it encourages a cross-organizational, global wellness culture, with ‘quality of life’ and ‘health as a way of life’ as key initiatives to drive both employee and company growth.

What we did:

We implemented a working plan to support organizational health and wellbeing in all fields of the organization, providing a 360 degree wellness campaign for all employees. We also recruited a ‘Wellbeing Manager’ whose job it was to take over the plan and execute it on an ongoing basis, in-house.

The results:

An unforgettable employee experience successfully applied and executed that led to a paradigm shift in the company’s organizational culture.
