What we did:
The entire organization created a competitive musical. Each of the branches created and performed a musical staged number that included singing and dancing. A professional staff, made up of a director, a choreographer and a musical director, worked with the teams during the work process. At the culminating event, eight exciting staged numbers took the stage one after the other, which involved costumes and visual backdrops projected on LED screens. The crowning touch was a presentation by the management team – who appeared on stage as singing nuns. During the course of the process, each branch participated in a promotional campaign throughout the company, as well as the filming of all of the company employees for one joint song.
