Creating a Future

The First Conference of Future Scientists

The challenge:

To create an experiential foundational event that would consolidate about 1000 participants in “Future Scientists” programs at the Center for the Advancement of the Gifted and Talented.

What we did:

We created a rolling event that lasted an entire day and took place at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem.

The event opened with a festive plenary, in which speeches by the President of Israel and the Minister of Education were included.  The high point of the event was taking a “selfie” of the President with the 1000 program participants.

Later, the participants rotated through short lectures from the best speakers in a wide variety of disciplines – from science to philosophy, took part in giant scientific games and visited the Innovation Expo, in which a combination of established high tech companies and organizations, start-ups and students presented their innovations.

The results:

An empowering and consolidating day, rich in activities, which left its mark on every single one of the participants.
